Graco G-JR: Don't let the name fool you, because there's nothing junior about this pump (other than the price)!

When it comes to chemical injections systems, the market has always been skewed towards one of two options:
· High priced and loaded with features
· Low priced and desperate for features
Graco recognized this issue and came up with a solution.
G-JR Pump: Junior price, senior features
The G-JR pump is available at an aggressively low price point yet comes standard with multiple high-end features.
The user-friendly Harrier EZ-JR controller allows you to set your chemical injection rate with a timer, allowing you to customize the run time to suit your site-specific needs.
Not sure what to set the timer at to hit your rates? Graco made that easy too. The manual that comes with every pump includes a chart that shows you exactly what to set your times at in order to achieve your desired injection rate.
In addition to the time on/time off buttons, this controller also has a prime feature, which really comes in handy on new setups. This feature allows you to run the pump at max output for up to 30 seconds, giving you ample time to fill the fluid section and prime the pump.

Positive Displacement
While we're on the subject of priming, let's talk about another key feature that really separates this pump from the rest of the pack. While most chemical pumps on the market today require flooded suction, this pump is a positive displacement pump. What this means is that the G-JR will pull a vertical suction, giving you a lot of flexibility and versatility when it comes to your pump and tank setup.
So regardless of whether or not you're on a strict budget, the Graco G-JR pump may be exactly what you're looking for.
